Stage 1. WUU2K 43km Trail Marathon.
A comprehensive 16 week training schedule to take the guesswork out of your training and provide you with the structure required to complete the WUU2K 43km Trail Marathon.
Programme starts March 28.
Stage 2. Recover & Rebuild Programme.
A comprehensive training schedule (likely 6 weeks from July 17 - August 28) to help you recover from WUU2K and rebuild towards WAI2K.
This programme will be updated and delivered at the conclusion of WUU2K.
Stage 3. WAI2K 46km/60km/80km/120km.
A comprehensive training schedule (likely 15 weeks from August 29) to take the guesswork out of your training and provide you with the structure required to complete the WAI2K 46km/60km/80km/120km.
You can choose which programme you want depending on your entry at WAI2K.
This programme will be updated and delivered at the conclusion of WUU2K.
